We are a small friendly group that meets weekly from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm at the High Town Community Sports and Arts Centre on Concorde Road. It's a drop in group so there's no commitment to attending regularly. The evening starts with a meditation followed by a tea break and then a talk and discussion on some aspect of the Buddha's teaching.
We run on donations to enable us to cover the cost of the room hire but everyone is welcome to come along and taste a few sessions free of any charge. And if it's for you but financially you you are not in a position to make a donation that's absolutely fine.
