Learn Parkour skills with the established group Spiral Freerun.

Spiral Freerun is a team of young people who aim to inspire and motivate the upcoming generations to use their bodies to their full potential and to remove the negative stereotypes which can sometimes be directed towards the beautiful sport of Parkour/ Freerunning. Our aim is to spread the positive impacts that one can be rewarded with through their journey inParkour/ Freerunning, combatting fear, building confidence and self belief and to provide people with an insight that the capabilities of movement with your bodies are endless.

The classes are £4 per session payable on the day. Session times are: 10.00hrs - 11.15hrs; 11.30hrs - 12.45hrs; 13.30hrs - 14.45hrs; 15.00hrs - 16.00hrs
